Who We Are

Founder Susan Pietropaolo has a long and distinguished career in public relations and strategic marketing and as a writer. She has written for many prominent companies -- The Coca-Cola Company and Roche USA among them -- in addition to non-profit organizations such as the American Cancer Society. She also has an education background.

Susan graduated magna cum laude from Ithaca College, Ithaca, New York, with a B.A. teaching degree in English and a minor in Communications and Applied Writing.

She is a self-proclaimed grammar geek.
